Before starting Devolfs in 2022, Leonardo and Novica spent years working with startups and noticed the same challenge: great ideas often looked smaller than they really were. Founders didn’t need another vendor, they needed a partner who understood the journey.
That’s why they built Devolfs. A startup design partner focused on helping founders turn early ideas into credible companies through brand, product, and website design that work together.

Leonardo — co-founder / strategy
Started designing at 12 and has spent the last 14+ years turning ideas into products people actually want. Worked with startups and established companies, helping founders shape products, define strategy, and prepare for launch before a single line of code is written.
Based in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Loves cars, photography, and finding new places to explore.
Novica — co-founder / Creative
Started by designing $5 logos on Fiverr. More than a decade later, he’s helped startups and growing businesses build brands that stand out and websites that convert. Today, he leads brand and web design at Devolfs, balancing creativity with business strategy to create work that delivers real results.
Based in Niš, Serbia. Car enthusiast with an eye for great design.
Alex — HEAD OF WEBFLOW
With a background in design and 8 years of experience, Alex bridges creativity and development through Webflow. He leads development at Devolfs, building scalable CMS structures, polished interactions, and smooth user experiences that are easy for clients to manage.
Based in Niš, Serbia. Outside work, you’ll usually find him at the gym.
Antonia — digital designer
Antonija creates digital experiences that help brands stay consistent across every touchpoint. From social media and marketing campaigns to day-to-day creative assets, she helps clients build a stronger online presence with thoughtful, engaging design.
Based in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Passionate about art, painting, and sewing when she’s away from the screen.
Victor — project manager
The person who keeps projects moving and clients informed. Viktor manages communication, planning, and delivery, making sure timelines stay realistic and nothing falls through the cracks. Having led IT projects for global brands and larger teams, he knows how to keep complex work organized while founders stay focused on growing their business.
Based in Niš, Serbia. His background in social sciences helps him understand both people and projects.
