About Golixxo

Golixxo is an all-in-one productivity platform based in Frankfurt, Germany. Designed to simplify daily workflows, it combines email, chat, calendar, and meeting tools in a single, seamless app. With a vision to redefine the modern work experience, Golixxo aims to help users stay organized without switching between multiple platforms.

The Challenge

Golixxo approached us with a bold ambition: to launch a complete digital brand from scratch—fast. Our mission was to create a cohesive brand identity, product UI/UX, and a digital-first presence that would stand out in a competitive SaaS landscape.

We began with market and user research, shaping a strong brand strategy and a visual identity that captured Golixxo’s promise of simplicity and integration. From there, we extended the brand across every touchpoint—from digital assets and physical merchandise to app design and marketing content.

The First Brand Appearance

Golixxo made its debut at Innovation Night in Frankfurt—a milestone event that introduced the platform to the public and potential investors.

Our role included crafting a full event-ready visual ecosystem:

  • ID cards, wristbands, envelopes, banners, merchandise, and large-scale signage

  • A strong, recognizable presence across every detail

  • Unified visual language aligned with the app’s usability and simplicity

The Result?

A strong first impression that led to secured investment, increased visibility in the German tech ecosystem, and set the tone for user acquisition.

A Bold Digital Presence

Alongside the physical brand, we developed Golixxo’s online presence from the ground up:

  • Banners, profile images, favicons, and posts tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Xing, and YouTube

  • Consistent tone and look to build recognition across platforms

  • Visually striking yet clear communication of product benefits

This strategic content rollout helped Golixxo introduce its all-in-one platform to early adopters and generate awareness fast.

App Design & User Experience

The final piece of our collaboration was designing Golixxo’s actual software—a clean, intuitive interface built to simplify complexity.Key features of our approach:

  • Distinct visual identities for Email, Chat, Calendar, and Meetings using color-coding for easy navigation

  • Clean layouts and logical flows tailored to a wide user base

  • Built to meet tight timelines without compromising on user experience

The app received glowing feedback during the beta launch, thanks to its clarity, usability, and polished visual design.
