Golixxo is an all-in-one productivity platform based in Frankfurt, Germany. Designed to simplify daily workflows, it combines email, chat, calendar, and meeting tools in a single, seamless app. With a vision to redefine the modern work experience, Golixxo aims to help users stay organized without switching between multiple platforms.
Golixxo approached us with a bold ambition: to launch a complete digital brand from scratch—fast. Our mission was to create a cohesive brand identity, product UI/UX, and a digital-first presence that would stand out in a competitive SaaS landscape.
We began with market and user research, shaping a strong brand strategy and a visual identity that captured Golixxo’s promise of simplicity and integration. From there, we extended the brand across every touchpoint—from digital assets and physical merchandise to app design and marketing content.
Golixxo made its debut at Innovation Night in Frankfurt—a milestone event that introduced the platform to the public and potential investors.
Our role included crafting a full event-ready visual ecosystem:
ID cards, wristbands, envelopes, banners, merchandise, and large-scale signage
